Meat will not be sold here during Navratri, slaughterhouses will remain closed

Dausa : Navratri has started from today in Dausa Rajasthan. Meanwhile, an order issued by Mahwa Municipality of Dausa district in Rajasthan is in discussion. Because here the municipality has issued an order regarding keeping meat shops and slaughterhouses closed in the area during Navratri.

How long will slaughterhouses remain closed?

It is written in this order that all slaughter houses, meat, fish and slaughter shops in the area will be completely closed. It was also said in the order that there will be no sale of meat in any way in Mahwa area between October 3, 2024 and October 12, 2024. If anyone violates this, action will be taken against them.

People appreciated the order

Let us tell you that most of the people fast during Navratri. Many people say only fruits during this time. They even give up tamasic foods like garlic and onion. Eating meat, fish and eggs is also completely prohibited during Navratri. This order has been greatly appreciated by the local people.

There is no such order anywhere except Mahwa.

Although many programs are organized throughout Rajasthan regarding Navratri, but no such order was issued anywhere else except Mahwa area. In this matter, people associated with Hindu organizations say that the government should issue such an order in this regard for all areas because even today there are many areas in the state where meat is sold on public roads.
