They not only provide a goal of life to the students with their knowledge but also with their experience and positive thinking. Many teachers also transform schools with their efforts. There are some such teachers from Udaipur district, whose innovations, hard work and dedication have brought changes in the lives of schools and students. On Teacher’s Day, these teachers will be honored with the state level Teacher Samman.

Udaipur In the tribal dominated Sayra block of the district, a small village Chavdawas, which has a population of only 70 houses, Chetan Devasi, a teacher working in the Government Primary School, despite being disabled, worked day and night for the school and set an example. Devasi told that earlier the school did not have any physical facilities other than the building, there was not even a light connection. In such a situation, he decided to do something different for the school. He connected the migrants who came home during the lockdown to the school and got many physical amenities made available in the school. He himself lives in a small store room built in the school and is dedicated to the school and the students day and night. Due to his efforts, today the government primary school is equipped with all the physical amenities like a private educational institution. Devasi told that his parents, while living a nomadic life, always inspired him to study. Therefore, this honor is dedicated to him.

physical Teacher Kishan Soni was first appointed in August 2013 in the remote Pipaliya village located in the hills of Ubhayeshwarji, 25 km from Udaipur city. From 2013 to 2018, Pipaliya itself produced many national and state level medalists in Judo and wrestling. In 2018, he was transferred from Pipaliya to Government Higher Primary School Kalarohi, Girwa. During the Corona period, along with completing various services of the Education Department, he also performed the last rites of more than 70 Covid dead. After this, from the year 2021, Kalarohi also produced state level medalist players every year. Under his guidance, Udaipur has won the championship every year from the year 2021 till the year 2024 in the district level Judo wrestling. At the same time, with public cooperation, development work worth more than Rs 27 lakh has been done in the school in the last five years.

100% result of board for last 5 years, free toys to increase enrollment, innovation in stationery – Dr. Ganeshlal Kalaal

Political Dr. Ganeshlal Kalaal, lecturer working in Uchch Madhyamik Vidyalay Dakan Kotda, has given 100% result in board exams in the last 5 years. Also, with public cooperation, he got work done for the school worth more than 15 lakhs. This includes painting of the school, furniture for students, printer and monitor, distribution of dresses, sweaters, stationery etc. to poor students. Also, to increase enrollment in the school, he innovated by providing free toys, stationery, school bags, sweaters, shoes. He told that he is basically from Nimboda village of Sarada tehsil. He got education from 1st to 12th from Swami Vivekanand Uchch Madhyamik Vidyalay Jawar Mines School. Then after doing graduation and PhD, he became 3rd grade teacher by RPSC in 2005. In 2015, he became lecturer by giving RPSC exam.
