Jaipur : Nikita Kataria, resident of Pali district of Rajasthan, has taken initiation into Jainism in the initiation program recently organized in Raipur. He received initiation at the age of just 29. Nikita is a graduate. Whose father is a chemical businessman from Rajasthan.
Nikita’s faith in religion increased at the age of 14
Nikita tells that even though she has taken initiation now, her faith in religion had already increased when she was 14 years old. She also started taking part in religious programs a lot. He also felt good after going there. Only then they need to think that worldly life is mortal and if not today then tomorrow death is certain. Therefore one has to maintain renunciation. When Nikita said this to his father, he too was shocked. The father had even said that this is not a child’s work. The family members explained a lot but Nikita did not listen to anything.
The family members also bowed down to Nikita’s stubbornness.
Nikita says that she had decided that now she has to follow the path of sobriety. The family explained to Nikita for about 4 years but she did not agree. Ultimately even the family members bowed down to Nikita’s stubbornness. In the year 2018, Nikita had also walked about 1100 kilometers with the saints of Jainism.
Nikita said a heart touching thing for all the parents
Nikita tells that if she had got married, she would have lost her husband anyway. It felt better for him to live his life on the path of restraint. Nikita says that worldly life is also quite difficult. Here one has to suffer along with happiness. But there is not as much difficulty in the post of restraint as it seems.
Some are millionaires and some are leaving packages worth lakhs and becoming hermits.
Let us tell you that this is not the first case when a young boy or girl from Rajasthan has taken initiation into Jainism at a young age. Even before this, there were many such youth who left property worth crores of rupees and chose to follow the path of restraint.
