Minister Jogaram Patel took pledge to generate 125 gigawatt energy in Rising Rajasthan Summit.

Jaipur : Rajasthan Parliamentary Affairs Minister Jogaram Patel said on Tuesday (December 11) that the state is leading in this effort with the target of contributing 125 gigawatt capacity by 2030. A session focusing on renewable energy was organized on the second day of ‘Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit-2024’ being organized here.

CM said – the picture is changing in areas like roads and railways

Jogaram Patel in his address said, “Inspired by the Prime Minister’s vision of creating 500 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030, Rajasthan is leading this effort with a target of contributing 125 GW of capacity.” Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma said that the infrastructure picture of the state is changing due to the efforts of our double engine government in sectors like roads, railways, airports, irrigation projects and energy.

Rajasthan will become self-reliant in the electricity sector

He said that the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways also has special support in developing the basic road network in the state. He said, “In the near future, we will implement a comprehensive water management system to ensure reliable irrigation and continuous supply of power to our farmers. Our commitment to make Rajasthan self-reliant in the power sector is unwavering.”

Agriculture Minister said – giving loans to farmers at low interest rates

Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, “It is becoming difficult to get labor for farming, which is why we are emphasizing on mechanized farming to ensure efficiency and productivity. We are providing minimum wages to our farmers.” We are working tirelessly to make it easier to get loans at low interest rates.” Agriculture Minister of Rajasthan Government, Kirori Lal Meena said that apart from being an agricultural state, Rajasthan is also a state of dairy products and animal husbandry.
