Jaipur News Desk: In Jaipur, miscreants looted a bag containing Rs 7 lakh from a businessman. The businessman who had stopped to visit the Shani temple had kept the bag of money on his scooter. The miscreant who came with his bike rider companion ran away after picking up the bag. Vidyadhar Nagar police station set up a blockade on information, but the bike-riding robbers could not be traced. SHO (Vidyadhar Nagar) Rakesh Khayaliya said – A bag containing Rs 7 lakh belonging to Ashish Goyal (44), resident of Housing Colony Vishwakarma, was stolen. He has a footwear shop in Chandpol market. At around 7:15 pm on Saturday evening, he left for home on a scooty with Rs 6.88 lakh in his bag from the shop. After about 15 minutes, we stopped to offer oil at the Shani temple located at Bajri Mandi Circle in Vidyadhar Nagar.
He was seen running away after picking up the bag kept on the scooter.
He placed the bag full of money on the scooter, oiled it and came back. Meanwhile, a person was seen running away picking up a bag kept on the scooter. After making noise, businessman Ashish ran after him to catch him. The miscreant ran away after looting the bag of money while sitting with his friend riding a bike who came from behind. Vidyadhar Nagar police station imposed a blockade on information. The police have started searching for the bike-riding robbers by scanning the CCTV footage installed around the crime scene.
