Jaipur News Desk: A miscreant stole a Scorpio car and ran away in 48 minutes tonight in Shyam Nagar police station area of Jaipur. On getting information about car theft, car owner Ashok Shekhawat informed Shyam Nagar police station. On this, the police have registered an FIR against unknown miscreants and started investigation. Police are examining the CCTV footage installed in the area. At one place, the police found a video of the accused who committed the crime, but his face was hidden. Victim Ashok Shekhawat told – he was in his house in Nirman Nagar with his family. His Scorpio car was parked in front of the house. At around 3.10 in the night, the thief stole the car parked outside the house and ran away. When the family woke up at 7:15 in the morning, they saw that the car was not parked outside the house.
CCTV footage of the house was seen which revealed that four to five miscreants had come in a Creta car at around 2.32 in the night. A miscreant came out of the car. A cloth was tied over his mouth. The accused broke the central lock of the car and fled the scene at around 3.18 pm. On receiving information about the incident, Shyam Nagar police station also reached the spot. Started scanning the CCTV footage installed in the area. Till now the police have not got any lead in this incident.
