Money stolen by breaking donation box of Barmer temple, 1 accused arrested

Barmer : Siwana Police of Balotra district has arrested the accused who stole cash by breaking the donation box from the temple. The accused was absconding after the incident. At present the police is interrogating the accused. Meanwhile, three accused have been arrested so far in the theft case.

According to the police, Ghevaram son of Hajaji, resident of Siwana Telwara, had given a report at Siwana police station on July 31. It was told that on July 23, thieves broke the temple donation box in Gogaji Temple Telwara and stole cash from the temple. Based on the report, the police registered a case. Police reached the spot and inspected the spot. At the same time, CCTV footage installed nearby was also scrutinized.

Siwana police station officer Dinesh Dangi said – Taking the incident seriously, the police formed different teams and started searching for the accused. On the basis of technical and information, accused Bhanwarlal and Dinesh Kumar were arrested earlier. The accused involved in the case, Obaram alias Ambaram, son of Ranaram, resident of Vasan police station, Bishangarh, Jalore, was absconding for about 4 months. The police arrested him in traditional police manner. He was arrested after he confessed to the crime during interrogation. At present the accused is being interrogated thoroughly. Head constable Chenaram, constable Kishore Kumar, Mahesh Meena were involved in the action.
