Jaipur : The rain activity that has been continuing for about 18 days in Rajasthan has decreased on Friday. There has been light rain at some places in the state. The highest rainfall (Heavy Rain In Rajasthan) was recorded at Parvatsar in Nagaur at 89 mm, while the highest temperature was 39.8 degree Celsius in Bikaner. On Friday, the monsoon trough line has shifted north from the normal position, due to which there is a possibility of less rain.

Less chance of rain for some days
The Meteorological Department said that during the last hour, light rain was recorded at some places in Rajasthan. Parvatsar in Nagaur received the most rain. Along with this, the Meteorological Department (IMD Jaipur) said that there is a possibility of less rain activity in the southern and western parts for a few days. On Friday (July 12), the monsoon trough line is shifting to the north and passing through Amritsar, Chandigarh.
Monsoon will be active again on July 16
Due to the shift of the monsoon trough line, there is a possibility of a decrease in rain activity in the coming days. On Friday, July 12, light to moderate rain is expected in some areas around Jaipur, Kota, Bharatpur, Ajmer. Due to the change in the direction of the monsoon trough line, the rain in eastern Rajasthan will stop for a few days. However, after July 16, the monsoon will once again become active in some parts of Rajasthan, which will increase rain activity.
There is a possibility of heavy rain in these districts
According to the Meteorological Department, light to moderate rain is expected in some parts of Kota, Jaipur and Bharatpur divisions in the next 2-3 days. Apart from this, there is a possibility of increase in rain activities in some parts of eastern Rajasthan from July 16 and heavy rain (Heavy Rain Alert in Rajasthan) at some places in Kota and Udaipur divisions.
