The situation remains quite worrying. Heavy rainfall was recorded in eastern and western Rajasthan in the last 24 hours. Along with this, the highest rainfall of 141.10 mm was recorded in Taranagar of Churu in western Rajasthan. Also, if we talk about the temperature of the previous day, the maximum temperature in the state was 40.8 degree Celsius in Phalodi, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 31.2 degree Celsius in Jaisalmer. Along with this, heavy rain was recorded at some places in Churu, Hanumangarh, Dausa, Karauli, Jaipur and Dungarpur districts. The highest rainfall in eastern Rajasthan was recorded in Sirot of Karauli at 137 mm.

Also, according to the latest update of the Meteorological Center Jaipur, a yellow alert has been issued for the next three hours in Jaipur, Jaipur city, Ajmer, Dausa, Alwar, Bharatpur, Dholpur, Karauli, Churu, Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Nagaur, Sawai Madhopur, Tonk, Bundi, Jhalawar, Kota, Baran districts. It has also been told that during this time there is a possibility of light to moderate rain with strong surface wind (20-30 KMPH) / thunder / lightning at some places.

Along with this, Jaipur Meteorological Center has released the latest update of the weather for the next 3 days. According to this, there is a possibility of decrease in rain activities on July 8. Along with this, there is a possibility of heavy rain at one or two places in north-eastern Rajasthan. At the same time, there is a possibility of increase in rain activities again in eastern Rajasthan from 9-10 July. Apart from this, there is a possibility of rain with thunder and storm in the afternoon in Bikaner division of western Rajasthan for the next 2-3 days. Along with this, there is a possibility of light to heavy moderate rain at some places in the eastern and northern parts of Jodhpur division.
