Monsoon wreaks havoc in Rajasthan this time, will there be floods? Know the latest update of the Meteorological Department

Rajasthan : The continuous monsoon rain in Rajasthan is now becoming a cause of trouble for the people. Due to rain in different districts, water has filled in many places. In eastern Rajasthan, rivers and streams are in spate. Flood situation has arisen at some places. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has issued an alert of heavy rain in the state for the next 5 to 6 days. According to the IMD forecast, there is a possibility of rain at many places in Jaipur, Kota, Bharatpur, Ajmer, Udaipur divisions of eastern Rajasthan on July 30. At the same time, there is a possibility of rain at some places in Bikaner, Jodhpur, divisions of western Rajasthan. The series of rain possibilities is going to continue like this till August 4.

According to the IMD forecast regarding rain, the cyclonic circulation formed over northern Chhattisgarh and surrounding areas is formed over south-eastern Madhya Pradesh and surrounding areas. Monsoon is likely to remain active and rain activities are likely to continue in most parts of eastern Rajasthan for the next 5 to 7 days. There is a possibility of heavy rain at some places and very heavy rain at one or two places in Kota, Udaipur division.

Apart from this, IMD has said that monsoon is likely to remain active in some parts of Kota, Udaipur, Ajmer, Bharatpur and Jodhpur divisions for the next two-three days and there is a possibility of moderate to heavy rain at some places. Light to moderate rain is likely to be recorded in some parts of Jaipur and Bikaner divisions for the next two-three days. Monsoon activities are likely to increase again in the state in the first week of August. Talking about the weather of Jaipur, there is a possibility of rain with thunder on July 30.
