According to Jaipur Police, the name of the accused woman is Sarita Devi and she is a resident of Varanasi. She took this dreadful step due to rift with her husband. She wanted to go to her maternal home with her son, but the child was not ready to go with his mother. Angered by this, he strangled that innocent child to death. According to the police, the son used to stay with his father more and he was not ready under any circumstances to leave his father and go to his grandmother.
Mother killed her son and slept with his dead body all night long
Sarita’s husband had gone to work in the factory at the time of the incident. When the husband returned home at night, he saw his wife and son sleeping. In the morning, when grandmother went to the room to wake up her son, he was found unconscious. Seeing this the family members got scared. He was immediately taken to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead. The police took the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem. The post mortem report revealed that the child died due to strangulation. When the police interrogated the accused woman, she confessed to her crime.
The marriage took place five years ago
Police said that Sarita and Mukesh were married only 5 years ago. A son was born 4 years ago. Everything was going well in the family, but she was troubled due to differences with her husband. When the son refused to go with his grandmother and insisted on staying with his father, Sarita got angry and killed her own son.
