It is considered especially important for those who are not getting married. It is believed that the unmarried person who applies this mehndi on his hands gets married before the next Ganesh Chaturthi. On this day, devotees from all over Rajasthan reach Moti Dungri temple and receive mehndi prasad.

On Friday, on the occasion of Sinjara festival, 3100 kg of mehendi was applied on Lord Ganesha. Mehendi was distributed from five different places and separate arrangements were made for women and girls. Lord Ganesha was adorned with a gold crown, pearl, gold, emerald, ruby ​​and other precious gemstone necklaces. In the evening, a Bhakti Sandhya was organized and the temple was decorated with attractive lights.

Ganesh Chaturthi Festival

A special fair will be organized on Ganesh Janmotsav on Saturday. The temple doors will open with Mangala Aarti at 4 am. Special worship will be done at 11:20 am and Shringar Aarti will be done at 11:30 am. Other Aartis will also be organized throughout the day.
