Jodhpur : On Monday evening, the twentieth day of the murder of Anita Chaudhary, Nagaur MP Hanuman Beniwal reached the ongoing protest site at Veer Tejaji Temple located in Kudi Bhagatasani. As soon as the news of Beniwal’s arrival was received, people from nearby villages started arriving. By evening about 5 thousand people gathered. While addressing the protest, Beniwal asked the government to accept all the demands of the family members and take action against the police officers. Beniwal said that this is the demand of the entire society. The police did not do the work they were supposed to do. On the contrary, he harassed his family members. He demanded a CBI investigation into the case and said that many more people were involved in this murder. Anita’s husband has evidence, but the police is ignoring it.
Now there will be a one-on-one fight
Beniwal said that crime is prevalent in the state. Neither the Chief Minister nor his ministers and bureaucracy have anything to do with it. The government is only entangled in by-elections. Left the public to die. Now there will be a one-on-one fight. Either accept the government’s demands or else we will deal with the government on the streets. It is noteworthy that Anita’s family members are demanding a CBI investigation, compensation of Rs 1 crore, job to one person and action against the guilty police officers.
Allegation of involvement of BJP leaders
Beniwal said that two people together cannot commit such a big scandal. There is a whole gang behind this. Many people are hiding behind the curtain. Many BJP leaders are included in this. Therefore the entire matter should be investigated by CBI. Also, DCP, ACP and police officer should be suspended.
