MP Police made big revelation on child lifter gang of Rajasthan, 4 including wife and nurse arrested

Jhalawar : In Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, the police has caught a gang of child lifters who were stealing and selling children there. The gang is from Jhalawar, all its members are residents of Jhalawar and Jhalrapatan cities and were involved in stealing children in Madhya Pradesh. The gang had recently stolen two children from Javra in Madhya Pradesh. After this, the gang members were caught by the police. Ratlam police said that the members of this gang used to steal children and later sell them. Ratlam SP Amit Kumar, while disclosing the matter, said that on November 30, the woman had lodged a complaint at Javra Industrial Area police station. She had told that she along with her family lives in a hut in Hussain Tekri fair grounds. Unknown accused kidnapped her 1 year old daughter and 8 year old son.

On the complaint of the woman, Javra city police station registered a case and formed a team to search for the missing children. The team checked more than 100 CCTV cameras from around the incident site, identified the accused and raided Beawar in Rajgarh district of Madhya Pradesh, arrested the accused and freed the children from their clutches.

Gang leader of Jhalawar

Gang leader and mastermind Rashid and his wife Zulekha are residents of Jhalrapatan town of Jhalawar district. The remaining members caught are Babli (40) husband Salim, Nasra Bi (24) husband Farooq, Mohammad Hanif (50) father Abdul Rashid, all three are residents of Jhalawar city. The nurse for whom the accused had stolen the children is Mehjabin B (34), husband of Ashfaq Khan, resident of Mehsana, Gujarat, who is currently working in Kochi, Kerala. A minor accused has also been arrested along with the nurse.

The deal was done for Rs 80 thousand
Ratlam SP Amit Kumar told that this gang was asked by nurse Mehjabeen, resident of Mehsana, Gujarat, to provide children. The children were to be given to a childless couple in return for which the gang was to receive Rs 80,000.

This is how the crime was committed

Gang leader Rashid and his wife Zulekha resident of Jhalrapatan contacted their acquaintances in Jhalawar. Along with Rashid’s wife, Babli, her daughter-in-law Nasra, Mohammad Hanif and a minor, Hussain Tekri of Javra arrived. Hussain stayed in Tekri area for two to three days. Here the accused noticed a one year old girl and her 8 year old brother in a hut in Hussain Tekri area. The accused lured the two children with biscuits and kidnapped them and took them away.
