Munesh Gurjar got angry on Khachariyawas

He told that the challan has been presented on September 19, hence the bail petition should be accepted. In this case, the bail issue is being debated in the court of Judge Surendra Kumar. It is known that on September 19, ACB had presented its challan in the court regarding the bribery in lieu of lease case. At that time, Munesh Gurjar’s lawyer Deepak Chauhan had asked for a future date citing his health reasons. After this, the court gave today’s date after two weeks, on which the hearing is going on today.
Complainant’s lawyer protested
At the same time, in this case, complainant Sudhanshu’s advocate Poonam Chand Bhandari has opposed the bail of Munesh Gurjar. He said that the Mayor was involved in this conspiracy and the brokers were taking bribe only at the behest of the Mayor. It is noteworthy that on August 4, 2023, Mayor’s husband Sushil Gurjar, broker Narayan Singh Gurjar, Anil Kumar Dubey were arrested by ACB on charges of taking bribe of Rs 2 lakh.
