Nagaur : Sowing of Rabi crop is almost completed in Nagaur district. Now the plants will get more strength due to increasing winter and cold winds. Sowing of Rabi crops like wheat, barley, gram, fenugreek, isabgol etc. has been completed at many places. Sowing has been done in a total area of two lakh 53 thousand 875 hectares of the district. According to agricultural experts, increasing winter is a better sign for crops. Due to this, the germination of the plant will be good and the growth will also be fast. Wheat, gram, fenugreek and cumin have been sown in large areas in Degana and Medta City agricultural areas of the district. In this, cumin has been sown in the Medtacity agricultural range in more area than the target, while the Degana agricultural area is far behind. In the case of sowing of gram, joe, isabgol and fennel, the Merta City agricultural range area has definitely been dominant in the figures, but the sowing of gram, taramira and cumin etc. has also been done in Degana agricultural area in more than 90 percent of the set target.
