Nagaur : Jayal Subdivision Officer Abhilasha conducted surprise inspection of various government offices on Friday. During inspection, the lock of Sub Health Centre, Gram Panchayat Building and Gram Panchayat Building Badi Khatu in Chhajoli Gram Panchayat was found hanging.
The Sub Divisional Officer gave notice to the concerned Head of the Department on the offices found closed and wrote for investigation and disciplinary action. The Sub Divisional Officer inspected the Community Health Center located at Badi Khatu on Friday and gave instructions for cleaning arrangements on the spot. He gave instructions to the personnel regarding being present on time, maintaining records and not using medicines after their expiry. A letter was written to the Head of the Department for action against Dr. Reena Bania for being absent during this period. When we inspected the Agriculture Supervisor office, many shortcomings were seen in the office. The residence of the agriculture supervisor was found in the agriculture office itself. No information was found written about the names of the personnel including their mobile phones at the office. Agriculture supervisor deduction was also found in the deduction office instead of his own office. The Subdivision Officer said that continuous surprise inspections will continue in future also. A letter will be written to higher officials against the personnel who are negligent in their work.
