National Achievement Survey will examine the education system in Dausa

Dausa News Desk The National Achievement Survey (NAS) is conducted every three years by NCERT, New Delhi, under the aegis of the Ministry of Education, Government of India, to check the health of the education system. This time this survey will be conducted on 4 December 2024.

CBEO Sheela Meena said that the objective of this survey is to get information about the learning skills of the students, so that policy making and educational process can be improved at the national, state and district level.

10 government and 4 private schools of Lalsot block have been selected as sample schools. Ranking will be decided at the state and district level based on the results of this survey. For better results, students are being given practice to solve on OMR sheets from the model question bank prepared by RSCRT, Udaipur in every school.

The results of this survey will be used in policy making and planning to improve the learning outcomes of students. The NES looks not only at academic outcomes, but also at the social and economic factors that influence learning. This data is used to shape education policies and improve teaching methods.
