An examination for government jobs was conducted in Jaipur : Rajasthan. More than 7 lakh candidates left the examination in this examination. Rajasthan Staff Selection Board is concerned about this attitude of the candidates. The Chairman of the Board himself has expressed concern regarding this matter. The board has suffered a lot due to this attitude of the candidates. Chairman of Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, Alok Raj said that ‘It is understandable for 5-7 percent to be absent due to some reason, but 40% being absent is very disappointing. This has caused a lot of damage, we will try to reduce our shortcomings. It is hoped that the youth will fill the forms in the AGO examinations only after understanding their responsibilities.
The event was organized at 942 centers
The Animal Attendant Examination was organized by the Staff Selection Board at 942 centers in 33 districts of the state. There was absence of more than 7 lakh candidates in 3 days. Earlier the board had conducted REET examination in 25 districts, before this these examinations were conducted only in 7 districts. For the first time, the Animal Attendant examination was conducted in 33 districts, yet the attendance remained only 60%. The Chairman of the Staff Selection Board expressed his disappointment on this matter on social media.
Would it have been better if only those appearing in the examination had filled the form?
1. Due to less numbers, we would have been able to accommodate more candidates in their home districts.
2. Less centers i.e. closure of less schools for examinations means less loss in children’s education.
3. Requirement of fewer teachers and saving resources and costs
4. The smaller the exam, the better the control, the bigger the exam, the bigger the problem of paper leaks, copying etc. When there are more centres, one has to take centers in many private schools also, if there are less centres, the examination can be conducted in the best government schools, which are safe.
5. Exams in fewer innings instead of six innings helps in normalization and the exam days in schools are less bad.
6. Saving of paper, fuel and time which is very important in today’s era.
