Bhilwara : A newborn baby girl was found in the nursery of Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, Bhilwara on Monday. Hearing the sound of siren and the cry of the girl, the medical staff reached the cradle house, where the girl was shivering due to severe cold. The girl was admitted to the NICU ward.
NICU in-charge Dr. Indira Singh said – On Monday morning at 7:45, a newborn baby girl was found shivering due to cold in the nursery. Admitted to NICU and kept him under the warmer light.
Dr. Kuldeep Singh Rajput examined the girl. The weight of this girl is 1 kg 100 grams. The body temperature was very low and she was shivering from cold. He had a lot of difficulty in breathing. Treatment of the newborn was started immediately.
This newborn was born prematurely, hence his weight is low and his condition is critical. Child Welfare Committee has been informed about this and he is being treated.
