Alwar : Alwar NGT has issued notices on Monday in the matter of waterlogging of industries in industrial areas. Hearing the petition of Alwar resident Haider Ali, NGT has issued notices to Collector Alwar, RPCB Alwar and RIICO Alwar in the matter of filling water in Agyara Dam by the companies of MIA Industrial Area.
Meanwhile, notices have been issued to Collector Khairthal-Tijara, RPCB Bhiwadi and RIICO Units I and II in the case of contaminated water from industries filled in Mundana Meo in Chaupanki industrial area. Behror and Neemrana RIICO have also been issued notice regarding waterlogging and have been asked to respond within four weeks. The Secretary of the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board has been asked to submit an affidavit regarding the allegations made by the petitioner. On the other hand, the NGT has asked about the pollution being spread by the polluting companies and Kajaria in Bhiwadi and the contaminated water being poured into the ground. In the matter, a committee has been formed comprising District Collector Khairthal-Tijara and RO Bhiwadi of RPCB and asked to submit an affidavit in four days.
