Jaipur : Today is the second day of the Rising Rajasthan Investors Summit. Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari arrived on the second day of the summit. During this, while addressing the investors, Gadkari said that there are four important requirements for the development of any country, without which development is not possible. Those four things are- Water, Power, Transport and Communication. If we want to make the country a world leader, then we need to make our states also economically powerful.
Travel from Delhi to Jaipur in 2 hours
Nitin Gadkari further said that the way investment is coming in Rising Rajasthan, it will definitely lead to development of Rajasthan in future. Important roads of Rajasthan, Amritsar, Bhatinda and Jamnagar highways. This is a very important highway. The second one is Ambala Kotputli. Both of these have been completed. Third Mumbai Delhi Highway is very useful in Rajasthan. In the coming time, the distance from Delhi to Jaipur will be covered in just two hours.
Special bus will run between Delhi-Jaipur
Nitin Gadkari said that he is bringing a new bus for city transport, which will have AC and luxurious seats. There is a laptop on every seat, through which you can watch TV. These buses will have bus hostesses on the lines of air hostesses and tea, water and snacks will be available at cheap rates. There is a plan to run these buses between Delhi and Jaipur. There is no shortage of money here. For work worth Rs 2-4 thousand crores, I don’t even go to Bhoomi Pujan.
Rajasthan’s development will get wings – Diya Kumari
During this period, Nitin Gadkari has gifted 9 projects to Rajasthan at a cost of Rs 30,000 crore. On this, Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari thanked the Union Minister and described it as a milestone in the development of Rajasthan. Diya Kumari said that this will give wings to the development of Rajasthan. The economic development of the state will get a new direction. Completion of these projects will establish better connectivity. This will lead to growth of all sectors including tourism, industry, agriculture and the people of the state will directly benefit from it.
Gadkari announced these projects
Kotputli to Agra 6 lane greenfield highway, cost 6800 crores, 197 km length, will be completed in September 2026.
Green field highway from Jaipur-Kishangarh-Jodhpur to Amritsar, cost- Rs 12,000 crore, will be built in DPR by March 2025.
There will be a time saving of two hours in traveling to and from Jaipur to Amritsar. The connectivity of Jaipur to Jodhpur will become faster.
Construction of elevated road from Raipur to Jassa Kheda in Pali, cost – Rs 538 crore, 7.5 kilometer two lane, DPR will be completed by June 2025.
Construction of Nagaur to Netra road, cost – Rs 1400 crore, 86 km, Charlane, DPR will be completed by March 2025, this will save one and a half hour time in traveling from Jodhpur to Delhi.
Bypass in Sikar-Laxmangarh-Fatehpur, cost-500 crore, 39 kilometers, four lanes
Jhunjhunu Chirawa Singhana Pacheri road construction, cost- 1400 crores, 72 kilometers, four lanes.
Construction of road from Singhada Khetri Jasrapur Nanglisalehdi to Bhatiwad, cost-600 crore, 40 kilometers, two lanes.
Improvement in landslide area of Kundal Jhadaul section, cost- 400 crores, 4.5 km length, two lanes.
Northern Jaipur Ring Road, cost 6500 crores, length 110 kilometers, work will start in 2025
