Nominations can be filed for Ajmer Revenue Bar elections on 2nd and 3rd December

Ajmer : Ajmer Rajasthan Revenue Board Bar Association Ajmer’s election program for the year 2024-25 has been released. On December 13, it will be held on the principle of one vote once. Only the advocates who deposit the annual fees by November will be able to participate in the elections. Elections will be held for the posts of President, Secretary, Vice President, Joint Secretary, Treasurer, Library Secretary. An advocate who has held any post at the Bar continuously for two or more years will not be eligible to contest elections. Only a member who has been a member of the Bar for at least 5 years continuously on the posts of President, Vice President and Secretary will be eligible to contest the elections. If the members who have voting rights according to the Bar want to change their voting rights and If people want to cast their vote in any other bar association this year, they will be able to give an affidavit. It is mandatory for new members to give an affidavit.

Scrutiny and return of nomination papers on 4th

Nominations will be filed till 2nd and 3rd December. Scrutiny of nomination papers will take place on 4th December. Names can be withdrawn till evening. Nomination list will be published on 6th December. Voting will take place on 13 December. After this, counting of votes will take place and election results will be released. Moolchand Sharma has been appointed Chief Electoral Officer, Mansingh Rawat, Raghunath Singh Assistant Electoral Officers.
