This is not just a dialogue but daily dialogue is being held on social media between the Staff Selection Board Chairman and the unemployed on their demands, problems and innovations. Due to this, the unemployed are getting updated daily with every information about their recruitment and board.
Not only this, the unemployed are expressing their demands through social media and solutions are also being provided by the board. This initiative has been started by the Board Chairman. For this, the Board Chairman is devoting one hour every morning and evening on social media to listen to the unemployed. The result has been that there has not been a single protest at the Board office in the last six months. Another initiative has been started by the Board. Before making innovations in the examination centers including question papers in recruitments, the board is taking opinion polls on social media. The unemployed give their opinion on this. The board is also taking decisions on the basis of opinion polls. Recently, an opinion poll was taken regarding the Animal Attendant Recruitment Examination, in which it was asked where among Bikaner, Jaipur and Ajmer centers should be given for the candidates of Barmer. On this, most of the unemployed chose Bikaner. This time the board has set up a center in Bikaner.

The unemployed people of the state are from far-flung districts. They have many problems. Many questions remain. They did not have to visit the board office. In such a situation, this initiative has been started. I try to answer every question.
