Sikar : Jhunjhunu Police of Shekhawati, Rajasthan has arrested Amit Kumar, one of the top 10 wanted criminals of Sikar. Amit, a criminal carrying a reward of Rs 25,000, faces serious charges like robbery, murderous assault and firing. DST II team of Jhunjhunu district helped Sikar Police to achieve this success. On the basis of secret information received by DST, Amit was caught from Bai village of Nawalgarh police station area. 24-year-old Amit Kumar, son of Srichand Jat, is a resident of Signor village of Gudha Godji police station area of Sikar district. Case of robbery, deadly attack and firing in the police station
A case of robbery, murderous assault and firing was registered against Amit in Sikar’s Udyog Nagar police station. Sikar Police was busy searching for him since he absconded in this case. The police had also announced a reward of ₹25,000 for his capture.

Jhunjhunu SP Sharad Chaudhary said that a special operation is being run in the district to arrest wanted criminals. For this, strict instructions have been given to all the police stations. Cases of robbery, firing and murderous attack are also registered against the arrested criminal Amit in Gudhagaudji and Mukundgarh police stations. He often went underground after committing crimes.
