With this module, if any personnel is required for examination question paper preparation, science fair, sports activity, election work, training, research work, assembly work, examination organization, disaster management, festival, workshop organization, travel to other offices and other purposes. It is sent in maximum 15 days. This work will be generated online.
Now no orders will be issued offline
The orders for personnel will be sent through the new module of Shala Darpan Portal. In case of excess work, the pre-fixed period can be extended up to a maximum of 15 days through the module itself. Now no such order will be issued offline.

Online monitoring of personnel can be done for works of temporary nature. Excessive planning for any particular work can be prevented. Duties of an employee should not be duplicated at the same time. Personnel with qualifications commensurate with the work should be available.
