Jaisalmer : India is continuously moving forward in the matter of military security. Now high-tech weapons have started being manufactured in the country itself. Now a robotic multi-utility legged equipment i.e. robotic dog has been prepared in the country. This dog will be able to go from high mountains to deep water. It can be operated even sitting 10 kilometers away.
Till now you would have seen such a machine only in Hollywood films.
It was tested in the Battle Ax Division of the Indian Army operating at the Pokhran Field Firing Range in Jaisalmer. Once it is charged, it can work non-stop for the next 10 hours. It is equipped with thermal cameras and radar. Its biggest feature is that it has been designed in such a way that it can be used in desert or rough terrain. It is also capable of firing at enemy targets wherever it goes.
Its camera rotates 360 degrees
It can also be used over Wi-Fi or people term evolution and only Wi-Fi can be used for short distances. This robot dog, which can be operated from a distance of 10 kilometers, also has a camera installed which can rotate 360 degrees easily. Once we see it, we will feel as if it is a dog. Its weight is about 51 kg. Which charges in 1 hour and works for the next 10 hours. It can handle temperatures comfortably from minus 40 to plus 55 degrees. It can also lift goods up to 15 kg.
Will help in finding out about the enemies and destroying them.
This robot dog has a remote control system. It is only through this that it is operated completely. The army will be helped through the high resolution camera installed in it, which will be useful in locating the enemies sitting in remote areas and destroying them.
