Mumbai, November 27 (IANS). Actress Nushrat Bharucha will soon be seen in the upcoming film ‘Chhori 2’. The actress has shared some pictures from ‘Chhori 2’ with her fans.
On Wednesday, on the third anniversary of her film “Chhori”, the actress made her fans happy by showing them a glimpse of ‘Chhori 2’. The actress shared pictures on her Instagram and posted a glimpse of ‘Chhori 2’ to celebrate her film.
Captioning the post, Nusrat wrote, “Celebrating 3 years of ‘Chhori’ with a small glimpse of Chhori 2, ‘Chhori 2’ coming soon.”
In the new poster, the actress is seen lying down as a pregnant woman, while a woman stands at a door with two boys. The scene is very scary but shows a strong horror theme.
Responding to the post, a fan commented, “Can’t wait.” Another wrote, “Amazing.”
Earlier this year in March, the makers of ‘Chhori 2’ had shared the first look of the horror film. Sharing Nusrat and Soha’s look on social media, Prime Video announced on Instagram, “Sakshi battles social superstitions and horrific realities to save her daughter from an evil cult led by Pradhan ji.
The two look impressive in the first poster where Nusrat is clearly seen scared, while Soha is wearing a black dress with a veil.
Directed by Vishal Furia, ‘Chhori’, released in 2021, is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Vikram Malhotra, Jack Davis, Shikha Sharma and Shiv Channa.
The horror thriller was a remake of the Marathi film ‘Lapachapi’ and stars Nusrat in the lead role. Apart from Nusrat, the film also stars Meeta Vashishtha, Rajesh Jais and Saurabh Goyal. The film premiered on Amazon Prime Video on 26 November 2021.
Announcing ‘Chhori 2’, the makers said that through this film, Nusrat Bharucha and Soha Ali Khan will be seen working together for the first time.
