To make this recipe, you will need makhana, some dry fruits, cardamom or its powder, desi ghee, milk and sugar. To make this, fry the makhana. Then boil milk well in a vessel. After this add makhana in it. Cook it until the milk thickens. After this add dry fruits.
gram flour laddus
Instead of buying gram flour laddus from the market, you can make it in a pure way at home. The ingredients needed to make gram flour laddus will be desi ghee, dry fruits, sugar and gram flour. Take the same amount of ghee as you are taking gram flour. Fry gram flour well in ghee and add sugar to it. After this, after it cools down a bit, garnish it with dry fruits.
Coriander Panjiri
On the day of Diwali, some people also offer coriander leaves to Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha. This is the most pure and virtuous of all the Panjiris. Heat ghee in a pan and add coriander powder to it. After frying well for 10 minutes, add sugar and dry fruits to it. Coriander Panjiri offering is ready.
