On completion of one year of Bundi state government, 12 to 15 programs will be organized in the district.

Bundi : Special programs will be organized from 12 to 15 December to commemorate the completion of one year of the state government’s tenure. District Collector Akshay Godara held a meeting of officials and gave instructions regarding the preparations for these programs. During this time, Superintendent of Police Rajendra Kumar Meena, Additional District Collector Sudarshan Singh Tomar were also present in the meeting. In the meeting, the District Collector gave instructions regarding the programs to be organized to commemorate the completion of one year of the state government. He said that all officers should make prior preparation for the activities organized by their department. He directed that all necessary arrangements should be made at the exhibition site. There should not be any preparation for the next time. Preparations should be done ahead of time and for this the concerned officers should also inspect it a day before. District Collector Godara said that on December 13, the Minister in-charge of the district will inspect the exhibition and release the District Development Booklet. Also, the minister in-charge will inaugurate the Panch Gaurav program.

Instructed the officials of Education Department to make preparations for distribution of scooters and tablets to eligible meritorious girl students. He said that farmers’ conference and women’s conference will be organized on 14th. On December 15, the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment will distribute tricycles, motor scooters and related equipment to the disabled. He instructed the Municipal Council Commissioner to make necessary arrangements including cleanliness at the program sites. The District Collector inquired about the responsibilities assigned to the officers of various departments. Godara said that the officers who have been given responsibilities should complete them with full honesty. If negligence is found in any work, action will be taken. During this, essential services including medical care, drinking water systems, electricity supply were discussed. He directed that the stalls set up by the departments in the exhibition should be given an attractive appearance, so that the general public can get useful information through them.

Officers given responsibilities

These programs will be held on Thursday. Godara said that Run for Vikas Rajasthan will be launched from the sports complex on December 12 at 8 am. District level exhibition will be inaugurated at Art Gallery Bundi. After this, there will be a youth conference-employment festival. This program will be held in Government College, Bundi. He instructed the CMHO to contact the concerned officials for information about various departmental recruitments under the Rojgar Utsav. He gave instructions to ensure network availability, meeting arrangements, drinking water and electricity supply at the venue. Also instructions were given to install additional LEDs.
