Dausa : A big industrial hub will be developed in about 4 thousand bighas of land near Delhi-Mumbai and Bandikui-Jaipur Expressway. In this regard, after survey, the state government has started preparations by marking the land. Under Rising Rajasthan, apart from the state, entrepreneurs from Delhi-Haryana can show interest in doing business in this industrial area. According to sources, the focal point of the industrial hub will be around Colva in Bandikui. An industrial hub will be built within its 20 kilometer radius. However, since so much land is not available at one place, land will be taken in different blocks and industries will be developed by dividing it into blocks. Zones can also be created according to the classification of industries. It is believed that within a year, the work of identifying industrial land and developing it will begin. Some land can also be acquired for the amenity area including road connectivity of this industries hub. There is a plan to develop this industrial hub on the lines of Gurgaon and Neemrana.
Employment opportunities will open
The industrial hub to be built on about 4 thousand bighas of land in the district will open employment opportunities. Industrial area will be developed on 1300 bigha land in Bandikui tehsil area, about 900 bigha land in Baswa tehsil area and about 1800 bigha land in Dausa. At present, due to lack of big industries established here, a large number of people have to go out of the area for work. In such a situation, workers will benefit from getting work at the local level. There will also be development of the area.
Better chances of direct connectivity
From the place where it is planned to develop the industrial area, there will be direct connectivity to the state capital Jaipur, the country’s capital Delhi and the financial capital Mumbai. Due to good connectivity, raw materials and manufactured goods will be available. From Delhi one can reach here via expressway in just about two-two and a half hours. Apart from other cities of the state, there are also highways to reach states like Haryana, Gujarat, UP, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh etc. It takes about three and a quarter hours to reach Bhiwadi from Delhi, whereas one can reach here in less time. The restrictions applicable in NCR will also not remain here.
