Jaipur : Under the Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP), candidates who have not yet been allotted a seat in an engineering college will be able to apply for direct admission at the college level till the prescribed date. Candidates who intend to take admission under direct admission and management quota at the institution level will be able to take direct admission by going to the concerned college till August 31.
Last date for taking admission is 14th September
The last date for direct admission is 14 September. If candidates are interested in taking admission in Bikaner Engineering College, they can directly go to the college website www.ecb.ac.in and register for direct admission. For other colleges also, the registration process will have to be completed by visiting their website. For admission, it is necessary for general category people to have 40 percent marks in 12th class with subjects like Science, Maths, Physics, Computer Science, Biology, Agriculture, Business Studies, Biotechnology and Entrepreneurship etc.

Admission will be given in these 8 branches – Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Electronics Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
600 seats are vacant in B.Tech-First Year
ECB Principal Dr. Om Prakash Jakhar says that 600 seats are vacant in B.Tech-First Year. The process of direct admission to these vacant seats is about to begin. Reporting of candidates already allotted by REAP is also underway. First year classes will be started after the admission process is completed.
