Sawai Madhopur : Current booking for tourists will remain closed for the next 5 days in Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. An order has been issued by the Forest Department regarding this.
Pramod Dhakad, Tourism DFO of Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, said that Rising Rajasthan Summit will be organized in Rajasthan’s capital Jaipur from 7 to 12 December. In which a large number of delegates from India and abroad will participate. A program has been scheduled to take these delegates on a safari in Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. Due to which online current booking of Ranthambore was closed from 7 to 12 December. Tourists will not be able to get current safari tickets for these 5 days.
260 vehicles reserved for five days
The Forest Department has reserved 52 tourist vehicles daily for the delegates coming to participate in the Rising Rajasthan Summit. In which 16 canter and 10 VIP category vehicles have been reserved per shift. In such a situation, 52 vehicles are reserved for tourists in both the shifts of a day. In these 5 days, about 260 vehicles will be reserved for tourists for safari. Tiger safari will be provided to the tourists coming to Rising Rajasthan Summit in these tourist vehicles. Now tourists will be able to make online current booking in Ranthambore from 13th December.
It is noteworthy that Ranthambore Tiger Reserve is spread over about 1334 square kilometers. In which tourism activities are conducted in ten zones. Zones 1 to 5 of Ranthambore are called core zones and zones 6 to 10 are called outer zones.
