Open and digital learning facility in the e-library of Barmer city.

Barmer News Desk: Under the new education policy, smart classes and digital libraries are being established in schools, colleges and universities. Open and digital learning facilities will be provided in the e-libraries to be opened in agricultural universities and colleges. So that research papers can be available to students on a single platform without any fee or ID.

According to Dr. NK Gupta, Research Director, Shri Karna Narendra Agricultural University, Jobner, in today’s digital era, where all the information is available on Google and the Internet, but additional information is available only in the library. Facilities like open learning and digital learning will be started in the library. For this, more than 100 scientists and researchers from across the country will brainstorm for two days and decide the direction.

It is noteworthy that under the new education policy, scattered knowledge and research is being brought on a single platform. So that students, researchers and farmers can benefit from innovations and research. A national seminar is being organized on how to develop this platform. Vice Chancellor of the University, Dr. Balraj Singh and Head of the Department of Library and Information Science (Central University of Haryana), Dr. DK Gupta said that the importance of data is increasing day by day. In such a situation, libraries are being established in universities across the country.
