Opposition is moving towards decline, country is showing them their place: Manoj Tiwari

New Delhi, 25 November (IANS). The winter session of Parliament started from Monday 25 November. However, due to the uproar, the sessions of both the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha were adjourned till 11 am on Wednesday.

Regarding the uproar by opposition MPs, BJP MP Manoj Tiwari said that the opposition is only moving towards its downfall. Prime Minister Modi himself comes and sits in Parliament on time. Parliament is for discussion and exchange of ideas. Talk on issues of public interest, but you cannot spread lies in Parliament. You cannot give false and misleading information in the House. The opposition is running away from discussion. The country is showing them their place and will continue to show them their place in future also.

On Sambhal violence, he said that what happened there was an attack on the judiciary. All forces behind such conspiracies in this country, which pre-plan mob violence and attack the judiciary, must be identified. Also hinder investigation. It is necessary to identify such people and punish them.

BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad said that when PM Modi said that the government is ready to discuss all the issues, then why is the opposition trying to disrupt the Parliament. If the opposition is disappointed with the defeat, it does not mean that it should retaliate against the Parliament. This behavior of the opposition is condemnable.

He said that the work of Sambhal Masjid survey is being done after the orders of the judiciary. We are also ready to discuss the issue of Sambhal. Why does the opposition make baseless allegations regarding EVMs? The opposition should learn to respect the people’s mandate and accept their defeat.
