Jalore : A horrific road accident took place on National Highway 68 in Sanchore area of Jalore district on Wednesday night, in which three friends lost their lives. The incident took place near Dedwa border, when the three youths were returning after attending Garba. An unknown vehicle hit his bike hard, due to which the bike was completely damaged and all the youths fell away. Narpat15, Vikram18 and Udaram19 died in this tragic accident.

The incident happened at around 12 o’clock in the night. It is said that Narpat and Vikram were residents of Parava village, while Udaram was a resident of a different village. All these youth were going from Parawa to Jakhal village to watch Garba. The collision was so severe that Narpat and Vikram died on the spot, while Udaram was taken to the hospital in a critical condition, where he also died during treatment.
Shadow and mourning amidst happiness
On receiving information about the accident, Sanchore DYSP Jeethu Singh Karnot reached the spot and got the bodies kept in the government hospital of Sanchore. Postmortem of the bodies will be done on Thursday and will later be handed over to the relatives. After receiving information about this accident, people of Meghwal community also gathered outside the hospital mortuary and expressed their condolences.
Chaos in the families of all three
There is chaos in the families of the three youths who lost their lives in the accident. Narpat used to support his family by working as a labourer. Vikram was a class 12 student, while Udaram was a second year BA student.
Did the SUV hit all three?
Police said that there is no CCTV installed at the place where the accident took place. There was no person there at night. Some vehicles are being shown in the cameras installed at some distance. Efforts are being made to identify on this basis. From the tire marks, it appears that the car that collided could be an SUV. At present the investigation is going on.
