Pali dumper hits ambulance, 4 dead

Pali : 4 people including brother and sister died in a road accident on Pali-Jodhpur Highway. A speeding dumper hit the ambulance at around 2 am on Tuesday night. Two women died on the spot. 4 people were seriously injured. Out of these, 2 more died during treatment. The accident happened near Gajangarh toll block of Rohat police station area of ​​Pali. After the collision, the ambulance rider jumped and fell into the bushes on the roadside about 8 feet away.

Second ambulance was called from Jodhpur

Head constable Mallaram of Rohat (Pali) police station said – A horrific accident happened near Gajangarh toll post at around 2 o’clock on Tuesday night. When the condition of injured Ashok Bishnoi improved, his family members were bringing him from the private hospital of Palanpur (Gujarat) to Jodhpur Hospital in an ambulance. During this time, a cattle suddenly came on the road and collided with the ambulance near Gajangarh toll post. The ambulance was damaged. A second ambulance was immediately called from Jodhpur.

The patient’s relative was also among those who died.

While shifting Ashok (patient) to another ambulance, the parked ambulance was hit by a speeding dumper. In the accident, the patient’s relatives Mohini Devi (42) wife Jagram Vishnoi, resident of Barasan (Guda Malani) of Barmer district, Fagli Devi (45) wife Udaram Vishnoi, resident of Undri (RCT) of Guda Malani area of ​​Barmer district, ambulance driver Sunil Bishnoi and Ashok. Father Hariram (53) son Chhogaram Vishnoi resident of Wadanya, Bhadvi district Jalore were seriously injured. Everyone was brought to Bangar Hospital in Pali, where after examination, doctors declared Mohani Devi and Fagli Devi dead. The remaining injured were referred to Jodhpur. During treatment in Jodhpur, ambulance driver Sunil Bishnoi and Ashok’s father Hariram died on Wednesday afternoon. The bodies of Mohani Devi and Fagli Devi have been kept in the mortuary of Bangar Hospital, Pali. Both were relatives of Ashok. The bodies of the driver and Hariram are in Jodhpur Hospital.

Both women had gone to meet Palanpur

Police said that Ashok Bishnoi (21), resident of Vadanya Bhadvi of Jalore district, was injured in a road accident recently. He was undergoing treatment in Palanpur (Gujarat) hospital. Mohani Devi and Fagli Devi had gone to meet him. While shifting the patient to Jodhpur, she also boarded the ambulance. Both the women are said to be the aunt and aunt of injured Ashok.
