Pali : Pali Two e-Mitra operators of the town sent the application to the Tehsildar for issuing caste certificate by fraudulently using the signature of Patwari Halka Sendra. This fraud came to light when the signatures were checked by the Patwari. The Sub Divisional Officer directed to take strict action against the e-Mitra holders. According to the information, two e-Mitra operators of Raipur, on the Patwari investigation report of the applications for Kendra and Other Backward Class caste certificates of some applicants of Sendra, Patwari Halka Sendra. Copy the signature on any other document and send the application to the Tehsildar. In case of doubt, the Patwari was called and the signatures were checked.
Investigation found that Kiosk ID 118216696 Rakesh Mali and 118262921 Hiralal Mali copied Patwari’s signatures from some other document, wrongly affixed them, prepared investigation report and sent applications for issuing caste certificate. On this, the applications were scrutinized by the Information Technology and Communication Department, Block Raipur. Investigation found misuse of signatures. Patwari lodged an FIR against these two e-Mitra operators and demanded strict action. The Sub Divisional Officer has given instructions to take strict action against e-Mitra operators.
