Pali : Pali UDH Minister Jhabar Singh Kharra said- 30 thousand sanitation workers will be recruited in Rajasthan in 2025. Initially, recruitment will be done on contract for 2 years. Their work will be reviewed every three months. Those who do the cleaning work with full dedication will be given employment opportunities. Whoever does not work, we will send him home and give a chance to another person from the reserve list. Then after two years they will be given permanent appointment. While talking to the media on Thursday at Bangar College, Pali, Kharra said – The organizations of Valmiki Samaj were demanding that some relaxation should be given in the recruitment of sweepers. But, that is possible only when we issue a new release. Among the sanitation workers who were appointed on the basis of reservation, those recruited get posted in other works instead of cleaning work. To resolve this complaint, sweeper recruitment has been cancelled. Now in 2025, 30 thousand sanitation workers will be recruited on contract. In fact, on December 4, the recruitment of sanitation workers on 23 thousand 820 posts by the Autonomous Government Department was cancelled.
Government wants to provide employment to youth
Minister Kharra said- BJP government wants to provide employment opportunities to the youth of the state. Therefore, Rising Rajasthan was organized in its very first year. In this, investment proposals worth Rs 35 lakh crore have been received from non-resident Rajasthanis. To ensure that these proposals come to fruition, the government will have to simplify the rules. The government will try to implement these projects in its next four-year tenure. The government aims to provide employment to 4 lakh youth in the government sector and 7 lakh in the private sector. With this, Rajasthan can become developed from developing Rajasthan. There is also a target to double the GDP of the state in the next three years. On the question of paper leak of competitive examinations, Kharra said – Not a single case of paper leak has come to light during the rule of the BJP government. 200 people who were involved in the paper leak case during the previous Congress government have been sent to jail. Actually, the maximum number of sanitation workers was to be recruited on 3370 posts in Jaipur Greater Municipal Corporation by the government. Total including 707 in Jaipur Heritage, 550 in Sikar, 417 in Jodhpur South, 345 in Jodhpur North, 390 in Alwar, 410 in Bharatpur, 470 in Ajmer, 407 in Udaipur, 1037 in Bikaner, 836 in Kota South, 448 in Kota North. 23 thousand of 185 urban bodies Recruitment was to be done on 820 vacant posts. Lottery was to be held on these posts on 7th December. But, Kumar Pal Gautam, Director of the Autonomous Government Department, issued an order on December 4 and canceled the recruitment process.
