Udaipur : At present there is silence in many districts of Rajasthan due to the fear of leopard. Starting from Gogunda in Udaipur, leopard movement has gradually been captured in many areas. In this sequence, on Thursday, a leopard was seen roaming freely on the streets of Ajmer.
Panther seen crossing the road
Local public representative and councilor Gyanchand Saraswat has informed the forest department officials about the movement of the panther. Giving information, Councilor Saraswat said that the panther was captured in the CCTV camera installed at the house at 1:40 last night while crossing the road near the public toilet of Kotda Bairwa colony.
Panther spotted after checking CCTV
According to the landlord, a street dog near his house was barking loudly for a long time. He suspected something untoward and carefully examined the CCTV cameras installed in his house. Then at 1:40 in the night he saw a panther crossing the road in the CCTV camera installed outside his house. On which the street dog is seen barking continuously at the panther.
Local people demanded to install cage in the area
After the movement of the panther came to light, the local people have demanded from the Forest Department and the District Administration that a cage should be installed in the area as soon as possible to catch the panther, so that the people of the area can get relief from the movement of the panther. It is worth noting that 5 days ago, a villager was attacked by a panther in Ganahida village of the pilgrim town Pushkar due to the panther movement. Due to which villager Brahma Rawat was seriously injured. There also the forest department has installed a cage to catch the panther. Even in the village, information about the movement of panther is being continuously given to the forest department through the villagers.
