Patna, 7 December (IANS). Students are protesting regarding normalization in the 70th Combined Primary Examination of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC). The protesting candidates have received the support of teacher Khan sir.

On Friday, news had come out that Khan sir, who was protesting on the road with students outside the BPSC office, has been detained by the police and taken to Gardanibagh police station. However, DSP Anu Kumari has said that coaching director Khan sir himself came to Gardanibagh police station and met the magistrate present there and assured to understand the students.

DSP Anu Kumari said on Saturday that this morning a factual, misleading and inflammatory post has been made on the social media platform X from a handle named Khan Global Studies. In this there is a demand for the release of Khan Sir.

DSP said that Patna Police has not arrested Khan sir. The things said in the post are baseless and inflammatory. On Friday, BPSC candidates were protesting regarding their demands. In this sequence, Coaching Director Khan Sir himself came to Gardnibagh police station and met the magistrate present there and assured to understand the students. After this he requested that he be dropped safely to his car, later he was dropped safely to his car near Atal Path in a police vehicle. Patna Police denies the news of his arrest.

The DSP further said that strict action is being taken by registering an FIR against those social media handlers who are creating inflammatory, factless and violent situations to instigate the candidates on social media.
