Kota : Kota ACB Kota’s special team on Tuesday arrested KDA Patwari Rocky Arora red-handed while taking a bribe of Rs 3,000. The accused had asked for bribe in exchange for making lease of the plot. The accused Patwari had taken Rs 15 thousand in the first two installments. On Tuesday, in the KDA office, the accused Patwari took bribe from the complainant as soon as he went towards the bathroom. ACB team caught him. There was chaos in the office on the information of trap. Many officer employees walked out of the office. Additional SP Special Unit Mukul Sharma said that the accused Rocky Arora, posted in Halka Patwar, Sogaria Station area, was demanding a bribe of Rs 18 thousand from the complainant in exchange for making a plot lease. The accused had taken first Rs 12 thousand and then Rs 3 thousand from the complainant. Was pressing for the remaining Rs 3,000. Verification was done on Monday on the complaint of the complainant. The demand for bribe was confirmed during verification. On Tuesday, the team of Inspector Prithvi Raj and Sub Inspector Kishanlal carried out the trap operation in the KDA office.
Came out of the room and took bribe near the bathroom: ACB said that when the complainant went to the Patwari with three thousand rupees, he refused to take bribe in the room. He brought the complainant out of the room. After this, I took him towards the toilet while talking. Looked around and then took three thousand rupees from the complainant. As soon as the complainant signaled, the ACB team arrested the accused red-handed.
