Dausa : Payal Gurjar of Diwakar village of Dausa district has conquered Africa’s highest peak Mount Kilimanjaro (Tanzania). Payal climbed for 4 consecutive days in conditions of rain, snowfall, difficult and steep climb, slippery and muddy roads and lack of oxygen. Despite immense physical fatigue, he hoisted the Indian flag on the 19 thousand 340 feet high peak.
Studied in village school, currently pursuing BA and B.Ed.
Payal’s primary education took place in the Government Higher Primary School of Diwakar village. After this he studied in schools of Jaipur. Currently studying in the second year of BA B.Ed course.
Payal told- She got this inspiration from her mother Satyesh and father Netram Gurjar. Father Netram is posted in Sonamarg (Jammu and Kashmir) as Subedar in the 123rd battalion of the army.
Payal said- My aim is to become a mountaineer and bring glory to the village and the country in the world. Daughters are no less than anyone.
My next mission is to hoist the tricolor on Mount Everest in Nepal. Through this, I want to send a message that daughters should study well, child marriage should stop, wasteful expenditure should stop, social evils should stop. Along with this, my aim is to raise the slogan of save daughter, educate daughter, save water and save soil.
