193 constables will become ASI

There are 193 constables selected in the year 2021-22, whose training has been started. It is noteworthy that the date for training of police employees who are waiting for the passed police cadre course from Havildar to ASI has been fixed. For this, Deputy Inspector General of Training Preeti Chandra had issued an order. In the order, it was directed to select and send police employees for PCC in the first year 2021-22 and 2022-23. Immediately after this order, another order was issued, in which instructions were given to send only 30 percent of the police employees selected for PCC for training. In this way, revised orders were given to send only 30-30 percent of the police employees for the year 2021-22 and 2022-23 for training. The confusion deepened from here.

The police employees selected in the year 2021-22 wrote a letter to the Additional Director General of Police (Training, Jaipur) in this regard, expressing their grievances. Police employees said that 30 percent of the employees who have been selected are junior to them. What should have happened was that first the police personnel selected for PCC should have been trained in only one district. Due to this, seniors could become ASI earlier. With the current system, many senior police employees will now have to wait to become ASI.
