Jaipur : On Thursday, a huge uproar was created in Jaipur after cattle were found in a water tank in the basement of an under-construction building. After the protest by the local people, BJP MLAs and leaders also arrived. Shortly after the uproar in the afternoon, the corporation also became active and late in the evening, a bulldozer was also run on the under-construction building.
Many public representatives including local MLA Gopal Sharma also reached there
In fact, a protest was held by the local people after a male cow was found in the water tank of a building under construction in the capital Jaipur. During this, many public representatives including local MLA Gopal Sharma, Ranjit Singh Sodalla, councilor also reached the spot.
MLA said- construction against the rules will not be tolerated
After this entire incident, Civil Line MLA Gopal Sharma said that construction against the rules will not be tolerated under any circumstances. The Municipal Corporation team will demolish it soon. Along with this, people who kill cows will also not be spared. It is impossible for cows to reach the basement tank. In such a situation, strict action will be taken against those who are responsible for this. The police administration has started this.
The smell was coming from the basement of the building for three-four days
The local people came to know about this incident when a foul smell started coming continuously for three-four days. After which a dead cow was found in the water tank of the building under illegal construction. After this incident, the illegal construction going on in Shiv Colony has been sealed by Jaipur Municipal Corporation Heritage till further orders under the section of Municipality Act 2009. After this, the officials of the corporation have started the process of demolishing the building under illegal construction.
A complaint was made to the corporation officials including the mayor
Local people say that written information about this illegal building was given to the corporation officials including the mayor several times but no action was taken by the officials. Ward 43 comes under the Mayor of Jaipur Municipal Corporation Heritage, Munesh Gurjar. And due to corruption charges against Munesh Gurjar, protests were held by the local people.
