Jaipur News Desk: Physical Disabled Challenger Tournament will be organized by Rajasthan Disabled Cricket Association (RDCA) from 30th November to 3rd December at Jaipuria Cricket Ground, Jaipur. Top 56 disabled players from across the country are participating in this. During this period, six different league matches will be organized for 4 days and one final match will be played. This entire tournament will be in T-20 format. There will be two matches every day from 30 November to 2 December. Whereas the final match will be organized on 3rd December.
DCCI Secretary Ravi Chauhan said- This tournament is an important step in selecting the best players for the Indian team. 56 top disabled players from across the country will participate in the national level tournament starting tomorrow. Who will give his performance to make a place in the 20-member Indian National Physically Disabled Cricket Team. After this, the top players will represent India in the much-awaited Four Nations Quadrilateral Series to be held in Sri Lanka from January 14. In which teams from India, UK, Pakistan and Sri Lanka will be included.
Indian team will be selected
Rohit Jhalani, Head Coach of Disabled India Cricket Team, said that this tournament going to be held in Jaipur will be an opportunity for 56 differently abled cricketers selected from across the country to make their place in the top 20 in the Indian National Physically Disabled Cricket Team. Through this tournament we will see the performance of all these extraordinary cricketers. On that basis, the Indian team will be selected. Rajasthan Disabled Cricket Association (RDCA) President Jyotsna Choudhary said that we are fully prepared and thrilled to welcome exceptional players in Jaipur. This tournament, which will last for 4 days, will be inaugurated by Avinash Gehlot, Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment of Rajasthan Government. During this period, players will also be honored with cash prizes for their excellent performance in every match.
