More than 100 people have been arrested, but I would like to say that till now you have caught fish. If we are also involved in the paper leak, then catch us too. Only slogans and speeches will not work. You came to power by making the paper leak an issue. Work on that too. You have caught Pradeep Parashar, but who was the one to put him there? I know that your investigation will not go that far. Because RLD is a partner in power with you in the center. So work on the promise you made to the public. Let us tell you that RLD MLA Subhash Garg was supported by Congress in the assembly elections. At the same time, Congress MLA from Sangaria Abhimanyu Poonia raised the demand for holding student union elections. They showed posters saying ‘Restore student union elections’. Congress MLA demanded to close the university opened during Gehlot’s rule
Congress MLA Harish Chaudhary has raised the demand to close the MBM University opened in Jodhpur in 2021 during Gehlot’s rule. Chaudhary said that in 2021, MBM University was opened by dividing the land of Jaynarayan University into two parts. There was no new logic in it, while opening it, the argument given was that this university would be made a center of excellence. It was also argued that the alumni would help financially, but what happened? What is the situation in 3 years? Both the universities are breathing their last.
Chaudhary said- There is silence in the university classrooms, this silence is showing the silence of the future of the youth. This is the silence of the future of this state, because no classes are being held there. The professors there have retired, they are not getting pension today. The retired professors have been brought to the footpath and are on hunger strike. Those professors have not come to the footpath, our future has come to the footpath. The basic work of the university is research, research work is not being done in both the universities. Both the universities are running only in the name of conducting examinations.
Harish Chaudhary said- The government created a university on the basis of the Center for Excellence, but the Rajasthan government did not take even a single step for it. An act should be brought to merge both the universities again. The MBM University Act 2021 should be abolished and there should be only one university named Jaynarayan Vyas University, so that research, regular teaching activities, appointment of other professors can be done on time.
