Jaipur, November 19 (IANS). Rajasthan High Court has given a big decision in the case of Sub Inspector Recruitment 2021, which is entangled due to paper leak in Rajasthan, and has banned the out parade of the officers selected under this recruitment. Apart from this, the posting given to these police sub-inspectors after completion of training was also banned. The court said in its order that the out parade and posting of SI Recruitment 2021 will be subject to the orders of the High Court. Until the final decision is taken in this matter. Advocate Harendra Neel spoke to IANS on behalf of the petitioner.
He said, “Today the petition filed by Kailash Chand Sharma and others was heard in the bench of Justice Sameer Jain. We presented this argument in the court that the Special Operations Group has recommended the cancellation of this recruitment. “The Police Headquarters has also agreed to this report and the Advocate General has also given his opinion that this recruitment should be canceled and the examination of the candidates who had appeared in the exam in 2021 should be re-conducted.”
He said, “Keeping all these facts in mind, the state government has not taken any concrete steps till now. The state government has given training time to the sub-inspectors, and their field posting and passing out parade is going to happen very soon. On this, the court has issued an order to maintain the status quo, under which the passing out parade and field posting of these employees has been put on hold.”
After this he said, “There are some parameters for cancellation of recruitment, which have been mentioned in many decisions of the Supreme Court. These decisions clearly state that if among the selected candidates, any tanned (disfigured) candidate is distinguished from the untanned (clean) candidate, the recruitment is liable to be cancelled, and there is no alternative in the matter. This is the only way to conduct this recruitment again.”
He further said, “Citing these judgments of the Supreme Court, we had requested the court to cancel this recruitment and provide justice to those candidates who had more than 300 marks but were not selected due to the fraudulent process. could. These candidates are suffering from 2021. Further, we also prayed that some of these candidates may be given age relaxation as some of the candidates have fallen outside the time limit.”
