New Delhi, November 17 (IANS). Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the film ‘The Sabarmati Report’ made on the Godhra incident of Gujarat. He said that fake narrative does not last long. It is good that this truth is coming to light. Now the reaction of the film’s makers and actors has come to light on PM Modi’s praise.
The film’s producer Ekta Kapoor expressed her gratitude to PM Modi. He wrote on his Instagram account, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi, thank you very much for your positive words on the film ‘The Sabarmati Report’, they have encouraged us. Your appreciation on ‘The Sabarmati Report’ proves that we are in the right direction. Thank you for this love and support. Be it a country or a person, it is only after falling that the truth changes.
The film’s actor Vikrant Massey expressed his gratitude to PM Modi and said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi, your appreciation on ‘The Sabarmati Report’ proves that we are in the right direction. Thank you for this love and support.”
‘The Sabarmati Report’ is based on the incident of fire in the Sabarmati Express train. This tragic incident took place on February 27, 2002, in which 59 people died due to burns.
The film stars South Indian beauty Raashi Khanna and Vikrant Massey as journalists who work together to uncover the brutal truth behind one of India’s most controversial incidents.
At the same time, in the film, actress Riddhi Dogra has played the role of an English journalist, who wants the truth not to come out. Presented by Balaji Motion Pictures, Vikir Films, ‘The Sabarmati Report’ is produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ekta R Kapoor, Amul V Mohan and Anshul Mohan. This film has been released in theaters on 15 November.
