Dungarpur : Dungarpur Dovda police station has arrested the accused on Friday in the case of assault and rape of a minor. Police have also seized the bike used in the incident. The accused had raped the minor by breaking his hands. Police is interrogating the accused. Police said that a victim resident of Dovda police station area had come to the police station on November 19 and registered a case. It was told in the report that on November 6, the accused youth had called outside the house by phone. When she went out of the house, the accused was standing outside the house with a bike. The accused threatened him and forced him to sit on a bike and took him to a forest.
He took her to a house in the forest and tried to rape her, to which she protested, but the accused assaulted her and hit her with a stick on her hands, resulting in a fracture. After this the accused raped her. The police registered a case on the report of the victim and started searching for the accused. Police arrested the accused Sunil on Friday. Along with this, the bike used in the incident was also confiscated. The accused is being questioned by the police.
